Our kitchen team offers three different menus at
half board, featuring carefully
selected ingredients that are
preferably derived from the region of Trentino. There is an
extensive wine list, including labels that have been cultivated according to
organic and biodynamic principles, as well. A varied salad buffet is followed by your choice of three
first courses and three second courses and delicious desserts. In addition, a
hearty breakfast buffet greets you to our luminous dining room every morning. Our highly regarded restaurant lends itself beautifully to special occasions such as
weddings, celebrations and other events; we offer a unique interior space and gastronomic expertise based on local traditions and beyond.
