The sauna was built exclusively with high quality wood, such as Nordic spruce inside and hemlock outside. It reaches the temperature of around 80°C with humidity oscillating around 15%. It is used to relax muscles, to improve blood circulation and flush out toxins and liquids.
How to use the sauna properly:
have a shower and then dry yourself before entrance;
a sauna session must be done without bathing costume to avoid bacterial proliferation, but using a dry towel;
leave your flip flops out of the sauna;
a sauna sessions has to last no more than 15 minutes. Don’t do more than 3 saunas per day. Have a cold shower and some rest between each session;
it is advisable not to drink between a sauna and another one, but wait the end of the cycle.
