Buonconsiglio Castle

The Buonconsiglio Castle is one of the most important fortified complex in Trentino-South Tyrol. In the “Torre Aquila”, the main room is totally frescoed with the “Cycle of the Months”, recognised as a rare example of nonreligious subject of late international gothic. The castle became an Austrian barrack and after a tribunal during the First World War.
